Southerly view from the Old St.Hilary Preserve on the Tiburon Ridge to Angel Island and beyond to San Francisco, CA that will change forever if Easton Point development is allowed to go forward with 32 giantic homes on this hillside. May 2010 -
Ridge 2968 - Looking North-Northwest from the Southern-most ridge(where 11 homes are proposed) looking toward the high point of the St. Hilary Preserve. The proposed new watertank would be situated about 3/4th's of the way up that far ridge and there would be a road built up to it and beyond, down the spine of the ridge (upper left) and to Ridge Road itself. Old Oak Forest woodland, in the area of Spanish Trail.
OSH Peak 0421 - Old St. HIlary Preserve high-point looking North from Tiburon Ridge on Martha Propery center ridgeline. Site of proposed new water tank is just right of center of hillside below fence-line that marks property line. Road would be built up from Paradise Rd to water tank and continue where current fire road is down ridge (southward) to connect with Ridge Rd near Founder's Point.
Martha 8368 - Looking North, North-east toward the San Rafael-Richmond Bridge from Founder's Rock at the Southern-most point of the Tiburon Peninsula on the Tiburon Ridge and property privately owned and known as "The Martha Property." This property has been approved by the County for 32 homes ranging in size from 8,000-10,000 sq ft.
Martha 8353 - This is the ridge extending Eastward from Founder's Rock at the tip of the Tiburon Ridge and Peninsula extending into San Francisco Bay, and from this view, looking toward Berkeley and the East Bay with a tip of Angel Island on the far right. Keil Cove is center over the other side of this ridge. ELEVEN homes ranging from 8-10,000 sq.ft. are proposed for straddling this ridge top to bottom and extending Ridge Road down the spine.
Martha 8328 - From Founder's Rock area looking North- Northwest toward Mount Tamalpais and Mt. Tiburon(far right), with Richardson Bay seen center. The water tank(far left)is located at the current end cul-de-sac of Ridge Road, which under current plan would continue up through the center of this area and 4 to 5 homes would be clustered from center to left side off of Ridge Road and Mountain View Road as well as below Founder's Rock. This view would effectively disappear forever with structures of any kind.
